Esther joined Motive Partners in 2024 and is a Receptionist.

Prior to joining Motive, Esther was an Assistant Content Creator at Plush Marketing Agency, where she assisted in managing the agency's social media accounts, covering content creation, planning, scheduling, and community engagement. Esther began her career as a Paralegal at Spence | Brierley, where she assisted attorneys in preparing cases by conducting research and analyzing data.

Esther earned a B.A in Media and Professional Communications and a Minor in Chinese from The University of Pittsburgh.
