Isabella Woodward-Montes joined Motive Partners in 2025 as an Associate on the Capital Formation & Investor Relations team.

Prior to joining Motive, Isabella was an Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Asset Management group, covering large institutional clients.

Isabella earned a B.A. in Economics, with a minor in Business from Cornell University.
