Swathi Vankayalapati joined Motive Partners in 2020 and is a Vice President on the Growth & Buyout Investment Team.

At Motive, Swathi is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing investments as it relates to technology companies that enable the financial economy. Swathi was named a Rising Star on GrowthCap's 40 under 40 list 2025.

Prior to joining Motive, Swathi was an Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Credit Suisse in London. While at Credit Suisse, she worked on a variety of M&A and financing transactions across Europe, primarily within the financial technology space.

Swathi earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick and graduated with Honors.
