Linton joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is an Associate in the Finance team.

Prior to joining Motive, Linton spent four years working as a Management Accountant at a private equity firm in London, handling the end-to-end production of accounts across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Linton began his career as a Finance Assistant before moving on to a role as a Junior Accountant at a property investment firm in Mayfair, London.

Linton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from King's College London and is currently a Part-Qualified ACCA, working towards completion of his exams.
