Irish Rose joined Motive Partners in 2024 and is a Vice President on the Finance team.

Prior to joining Motive, Irish was a Controller at two technology startups, Eight Sleep, Inc. and RapidSOS, Inc., where she owned accounting, reporting, accounting operations, and tax. Before her startup experience, she held various accounting roles on the Finance teams at Chanel and Coty. Irish began her career as an Associate at KPMG LLP’s Audit Practice.

She holds a B.S. in Management with an Accounting concentration from Binghamton University's School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.
