Gabriele Pleiss joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is an Executive Assistant.

At Motive, Gabriele is responsible for providing administrative support to the Motive Venture Investment Partners and to the Motive Venture Investment Team.

Prior to joining Motive, Gabriele worked as an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to the shareholder of Areal Group Wealth Management GmbH, a real estate company in Berlin, where she was responsible for organizing office operations, successful recruiting through various social media channels, domestic & international travel management, and event management.

Gabriele started her career in the hospitality industry in 2006 where she worked at two large hotel groups, IHG and Accor. During this time, she held various roles such as working as the Hotel Director. Her responsibilities included day-to-day operations of the hotel, management of different departments, planning and coordinating the annual budgets and booking utilization as well as organization and quality assurance.
