Gabby Pendry joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is an Executive Assistant.

At Motive, Gabby plays a key role in providing comprehensive administration support to both the Client Formation & Investor Relations team and Create team. She brings over eight years of dedicated experience supporting C-suite executives with a strong focus on high-level administrative operations.

Prior to joining Motive, Gabby was an Executive Assistant at Calibre One, a leading transatlantic executive search boutique. There, she supported multiple Partners and contributed to project management and event planning initiatives for the firm. Her professional background spans management consulting, financial services, and executive search.

Gabby studied at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa.
