Lilia May Hasiotis joined Motive Partners in 2026 and is a Vice President on the Capital Formation & Investor Relations team.

At Motive, she focuses on fundraising and LP relations across the firm’s investment strategies. Prior to joining Motive, Lilia spent over four years at PJT Park Hill as a member of the Private Equity Distribution team in New York, where she was responsible for covering institutional investors across the East Coast of North America. While at PJT Park Hill, Lilia advised on a broad range of fundraising mandates spanning buyout, growth, venture capital, and credit strategies for clients across the globe. Lilia began her career as an Analyst at NYU Langone Health.

Lilia holds a B.A. in English with a Minor in Sociology, and a Certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Duke University.
