Akshat Joshi joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Senior Associate on the Growth & Buyout Investment team.‍

At Motive, Akshat is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing investments as it relates to technology companies that enable the financial economy.

Prior to joining Motive, Akshat was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Evercore, focusing on M&A advisory. Whilst at Evercore, Akshat served a broad variety of clients across the insurance, asset & wealth management, banking and financial technology industries.

Akshat holds a B.A. in Economics & Management from the University of Cambridge, having graduated with double first-class honours.
