Jake Janjigian joined Motive Partners in 2019 and is a Principal on the Finance team.

At Motive, Jake supports the funds and the firm’s financial reporting, accounting, and operations functions. Prior to joining Motive Partners, Jake was a Senior Associate at RSM US LLP within the firm’s Technology Consulting practice. At RSM, he spent three and a half years working with clients in the Financial Services sector to institutionalize back-office finance processes, implement accounting controls, and maximize financial reporting.

Jake began his career in a corporate accounting role at a New England based research firm. Jake graduated from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Dual Concentration in Finance and Operations Management.
