Isabel joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is a Vice President on the Capital Formation & Investor Relations team.

At Motive, she focuses on fundraising and LP relations across the firm’s investment strategies.

Isabel joined Motive as an acqui-hire from Berlin-based embedded/capital, a fintech focused venture capital firm that became the early-stage arm of Motive’s integrated investment platform. She relocated from Berlin to New York in 2024.

Isabel began her career at Evercore, where she spent over five years in the European Technology M&A team in London.

Isabel holds a BSc in Chemistry from Imperial College London.
