Keane Ehsani joined Motive Partners in 2018 and is a Principal on the Growth & Buyout Investment team.

At Motive, Keane is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing investments as it relates to technology companies that enable the financial economy.

Prior to joining Motive, Keane was an Associate in the Financial Sponsors Group at Deutsche Bank, where he provided private equity client coverage and led execution of many notable LBO debt financings and M&A sell-side advisory mandates.

Keane holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Swarthmore College.
