Shannon Durack-Kelly joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Vice President on the Finance team.

At Motive, Shannon is responsible for the management and oversight of UK-based financial reporting, and tax reporting and compliance filing requirements.

Prior to joining Motive, Shannon was a Manager at RSM UK on the Accounting and Business Advisory Team, where her responsibilities included leading the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services for a diverse portfolio of clients, working alongside the Audit and Tax Teams. She was also a part of the leadership team, contributing to the smooth running of the department. Shannon started her career as a member of the in-house Finance Team at Reading Room, a digital agency in London, before joining Baginsky Cohen Chartered Accountants in 2013 on their ACA Graduate Training Programme.

Shannon earned a first-class BSc in Accounting and Finance from Brunel University London and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
