Ryan Divers joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Senior Backend Engineer on the Create team.

At Motive, he is responsible for designing and delivering scalable and high performance systems, drawing from his years of backend experience.

Prior to joining Motive, he led Backend and DevOps for a multi-cloud management startup. Ryan began his career during a year-in-industry placement at Sony’s R&D department, working on a range of projects.

Ryan holds a BEng in Electronic Engineering with Computer Systems from the University of Surrey.
