Anina Blietz joined Motive Partners in 2024 and is an Associate on the Venture Investment team.

At Motive, Anina focuses on identifying and supporting early-stage investment opportunities across Europe, contributing to the expansion of Motive’s ecosystem and insights in the fintech space.

Prior to joining Motive, Anina gained extensive experience at 10x Founders and Picus Capital, where she worked closely with entrepreneurs and high-growth startups, honing her expertise in venture capital and strategic growth. She also spent time at Limehome, a leading tech-enabled hospitality platform, where she developed a strong operational perspective on scaling businesses.

Anina holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, with an exchange at Singapore Management University, and a Master’s degree in Finance from ESADE Business School. ‍‍
