Alastair Barber is an Industry Principal at Motive Partners and a Director at Lyra Client Solutions.

Under Motive’s IOI model, he is exclusively focused on Lyra, supporting commercial growth and the continued evolution of Lyra’s service platform, and working with clients to deliver scalable, technology-enabled operating models.

Prior to Motive, Alastair spent more than seven years at Capco, where he was a Managing Principal in the Capital Markets practice. He led the firm’s Business Strategy and Target Operating Model capability in the UK, delivering large-scale transformation program for global financial institutions.

Earlier in his career, he held roles at Accenture and Atos Origin, supporting end-to-end transformation initiatives and developing business and technology architecture for leading investment banks.

Alastair holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering & Architecture from the University of Leeds and a Diploma from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
